Sanitary thermowells
The availability of high velocity, pressure and corrosive process media
makes a sanitary thermowell an inevitable option. It protects and isolates the
sensing equipment and also allows the sensing instrument removal without the
process of shutting down. These types of thermowells are available in a broad
range of dimensions, sizes and materials and they are an ideals solution for
safeguarding the process and expanding the service life of the product.
Surface magnet thermometers
These types of instruments are specifically designed for measuring
surface temperatures. A surface
magnet thermometer can be used on any magnetic or horizontal surface
and two high temperature magnets work as the base of the thermometer for
holding the instrument intact. The location of the bimetallic sensor is a draft
shield and the sensor is kept in virtual contact with the surface that needs to
be measured. These instruments always offer a fast response time and the
sensing equilibrium is achieved within a few minutes.
Process
gauges
A process gauge
is extensively used in a wide variety of industrial applications. Pressure
ranges of vacuum to 20,000 psi can be associated with the standard products and
the case is made using fiberglass reinforced thermoplastic. Another remarkable
feature is the solid-font safety design and there are liquid filled and dry
versions of these products are available. High quality process gauges offer
excellent reliability, performance and safety and, they easily withstand the
most hostile conditions. High accuracy level can also be linked with most
sophisticated process gauges available in the market.
